What is the best window tint for Chicago-area summers?
For Midwest summers, we recommend GeoShield ceramic tint at 35% VLT on front windows — the darkest Illinois-legal option for front glass. Ceramic film's infrared rejection keeps your cabin significantly cooler than standard film at the same darkness level, which matters on Illinois highways in July and August. For rear windows, many customers go darker at 20% for added privacy and heat control.
Can I combine window tinting with a full detail at Pro Era?
